CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

STRESS-RELIEF MEDITATION:

This 4-Week Program teaches a science-based approach to stress relief and inner peace through meditation.  You'll learn to focus your attention, calmly observe your experiences, release stress, and connect to a Core part of you that knows what to do.  You'll discover that you can choose to relax deeply and return to calm clarity whenever you need.

Includes 38-page instructional ebook and 4 guided meditation mp3s for home practice.  This class is ideal for corporate wellness programs as well as small groups or individuals.


CLEAR QUIET MIND CLASS: 

You'll learn and practice the four steps of the Clear Quiet Mind Process to recognize and release limiting thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, find deep inner peace, and receive inspired steps to move forward in life.  This class includes the Clear Quiet Mind book, as well as seven guided meditation mp3s to support your personal practice.


QIGONG MEDITATION:

Qigong Meditation is the most powerful self-care practice I know for health, immune function, and longevity. Based on my 8-week Learn Qigong Meditation Program, you'll learn and practice Standing, Seated, and Moving Meditation forms to release tension, relax deeply, and boost your vital energy.

Class includes instructional ebook with illustrations and 8 guided meditation mp3s to support your home practice.  See sidebar for supporting videos. Follow along with the guided practices in the videos to get a taste for how great Qigong feels!


STRETCH AND RELEASE:

In this class, we begin with a dynamic warmup using rotational motions to loosen your muscles, lube your joints, and get blood flowing.  Then, we use tennis balls to release tension spots, followed by a whole-body series of stretches to lengthen and relax all your muscles and leave you feeling calm, clear, and refreshed.

You don’t have to be flexible to participate.  This class is about releasing tension and comfortably stretching from exactly where you are now.  ALL LEVELS WELCOME!


HOLY FIRE REIKI:

Holy Fire Reiki is a highly-refined spiritual energy that heals, guides, and empowers. Many describe the Holy Fire Reiki experience as a soothing feeling of being loved and cared for by an energy that knows exactly what you need. YANG STYLE SHORT FORM T'AI CHI:

T'ai Chi practice has many benefits: from relaxation and stress reduction, to releasing patterns of mental, emotional, and physical tension, to improving your health, energy, posture, balance, and mental clarity.  T’ai Chi embodies graceful, grounded, centered, fluid, and mindful awareness.  Ultimately, T’ai Chi can transform how you relate to yourself and others—and how you move through life.
